Not My Job hosts Sarah and Heather met while working for the same company, where they produced podcasts, among other creative projects. Eventually, they left that company, but reunited for the Not My Job podcast, a show about getting a job, losing jobs, and everything in between.

Both have worked in many jobs in many different fields and are experienced in modern-day work.
